- Check date of purchase and our
Warranty Coverage
- Before returning your personal Inhibitor, perform Self Test found on the
Warranty Page
- If conditions met above, insert only the contaminated Inhibitor & cap in
plastic bag, papers outside of bag.
- Send the failed bagged Inhibitor, check (if applicable), and a copy of
your receipt or packing slip with name, address, phone, e-mail address, and
brief description of problem to:

- If the Inhibitor meets warranty specifications and it is not working
properly, a new personal Inhibitor will be shipped to you with remainder of
warranty.

Do not immerse the Inhibitor in liquids.
Due to the resistant nature of viruses; cleaning, alcohol or sterilizing does
not eliminate all viruses from surfaces. To prevent viral transfer, do not
share your Inhibitor with others. Each individual needs their own personal
Cold Sore Inhibitor!
