Beyond the 90 day manufacturer’s limited warranty (below), your device will
be GUARANTEED for up to one year from date of purchase by us (see our guarantee below).
If your Cold Sore Inhibitor is still under the 90-day Manufacturers Limited
Warranty or the 2-year Extended Warranty and it fails the self test (below),
simply return the device to us along with a copy of your receipt or packing slip, a brief
description of the problem, and a new device will be sent to you
(See Returns).
Our Guarantee

We cover from
day 91 through 1-year from date of purchase with same
conditions stated in the limited warranty below.
We will however, require a check for $14.95 with any returns that fall into this period. This check covers our expense
associated with testing,
processing, and shipping the contaminated devices.
Manufacturers Limited Warranty:

To the exclusion of all other warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of fitness for a
particular purpose and merchantability, the warranty on the Cold Sore Inhibitor is strictly limited to replacement of the Cold Sore
Inhibitor within 90-days of purchase in the event of a defect in workmanship or material,
provided the Cold Sore Inhibitor is free of customer abuse, tampering, or damage.
The manufacturer warrants the Inhibitor to apply less than 10 volts across probes
and less than 10 milliamps between probes, and makes no other claims for its efficiency in use,
nor supports any views expressed on this website.

You Can Check the Inhibitor with a Simple TEST
- Clean: Remove organic substances from the tips of the probes. May use alcohol but only on the rounded surfaces of the tips of
the probes. Clean off lipstick, gloss, balm, lotions, oils, salves, etc. Do not aggressively
clean probe shafts or case, use a clean damp cloth.
- Place cleaned probes on coin or other bare metal. Push and release RED start-button. If all color lights turn
ON simultaneously for about 10 seconds, your personal Cold Sore Inhibitor is functioning properly.
- Retry: If all lights are NOT on, make sure probes are cleaned and touching bare metal then press Red start-button
again for another try.
